Anxiety Relief through Naam Yoga Course

The JNC is excited to offer a four week Naam Yoga course facilitated by the delightful Jennifer King.

Would you like to learn quick, easy and simple techniques to help with managing anxiety? Join us for an hour of free yoga and meditation that will allow you to relax and release tension. Through this four week Naam Yoga course you can create a foundation of balance, strength and optimism.

Yoga and meditation allows us to be fully present. Not only in our bodies but also in our lives. When you are present you live truthfully and are better able to maintain stability during stressful times.

Meditation and yoga practice helps you to move beyond unhelpful thought patterns, ease strain within the body & mind, and release stress. By removing inner pressure we are better able to access our highest potential.

We will practice techniques including breath work, gentle movement, awareness exercises and yogic meditations to help refocus the mind, clear anxiety, let go of stress and bring you into alignment with your best version of you.

No experience is required, people of all levels of health and ability are encouraged to join.

About the facilitator:

Jennifer King is an experienced yoga practitioner and teacher of many years who loves working with the community and sharing yoga with people from all works of life. Her mission as a teacher is to uplift others and help people to manage their mental, physical and emotional health through the teachings of Naam Yoga Therapies.
