INFORMATION AND REFERRAL
Sometimes it can be difficult to understand exactly what kind of services are available or might be best suited for you; our information and referral service allows you to chat to one of our friendly staff who can guide you in the right direction and assist you by making a referral. You can drop in to one of our centres (opening hours), give us a call or email us your request at contact@jnc.org.au
If you are urgently looking for services after hours you can find a wealth of information on local services in our Crisis Directory
COMPUTER AND PHONE USE
During our opening hours, the JNC provides a computer and printer at our Bondi Junction and Maroubra centres, as well as access to free local telephone calls. As this is a walk-in service and bookings cannot be taken, we cannot guarantee that the computer will be available upon your arrival, however, we will do what we can to ensure you get what you need. This service is only available during centre opening hours which can be found here
VOLUNTEER
We welcome volunteers of all ages, cultural backgrounds, and areas of experience at the JNC and recognise that without the hard work of our volunteers we couldn’t be the organisation we are today. The minimum age to volunteer with us is 18 years old and we offer job-specific training, volunteer induction sessions and attempt to cater your role to your skills.
If you’re thinking about coming along and joining the team head on over to our volunteering page and let us know a bit about yourself. – Learn more
