Aged Services Coordinator

This role sits at the heart of a busy aged services team, balancing client needs, staff coordination and service delivery. Combining people leadership, service coordination and client engagement, you’ll help create positive experiences for older people while ensuring services run smoothly day to day.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating client services, rostering and workforce scheduling.
  • Managing client intake, onboarding, care plans and service agreements.
  • Supporting and supervising social support workers.
  • Liaising with clients, families and carers to ensure services meet individual needs.
  • Responding to service changes, enquiries and day-to-day operational priorities.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
  • Contributing to service improvements and continuous quality outcomes.
