JNC STAFF VACANCIES

 Quality & Compliance Coordinator

An interesting & varied role.  This newly-created position will play a key role in helping the JNC manage its day-to-day operations smoothly and effectively. You will oversee systems and processes for how we manage quality, risk, compliance and human resources. You will be involved in most facets of operations and have the opportunity to work across the whole organisation. You will also take responsibility for a variety of projects, including the planning and implementation of our CRM.

You will enjoy this role if you:

  • Have a natural systems-orientation in your approach to work with attention to detail
  • Bring high level administrative, project management and policy development experience
  • Can establish processes for human resource management, risk management and WHS
  • Are comfortable managing a variety of activities, projects and people at the same time and still meet deadlines
  • Are reasonably tech-savvy
  • Have the confidence to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders

Community Hub Coordinator

Are you passionate about making a difference in local communities? Do you thrive working independently? Use your strong organisational and planning skills and experience working with the community to coordinate the JNC community hub at Bondi Junction.

You will have experience in managing a community centre or similar facility, enjoy working independently and as part of a team. You are culturally competent and happily engage with a diverse range of people and communities. These skills combined with your strong organisational and communication skills will make you perfect for this role!

This is a contract role until 30 June 2020 with extension dependent on continued funding. The role will require the successful candidate to work Monday to Thursday from 9.30-4pm (24 hours) per week.

Playgroup Facilitator

  • Use your Early Childhood qualification and experience to coordinate our 2 playgroups
  • 7 hours per week ( 3 hours facilitating the playgroups and 4 hours prep time), in Maroubra

ABOUT THE ROLE The purpose of this role is to deliver two high quality supported playgroups: JNC123 for 0 to 3 year olds and their siblings and The Transition to School Playgroup for children the year before they start school.  Both playgroups target vulnerable families and aim at building parents’ confidence and capacity to develop positive and supportive relationships with their children.

ABOUT YOU You will have experience in planning and facilitating playgroups and strong communication and organisational skills and enjoy working as part of a committed team.
