Booking and Cancellations
BOOKING PROCEDURE
All bookings are made online using Eventbrite. Simply follow the step by step instructions on Eventbrite when making your booking. We recommend watching the YouTube clip below before making a payment by cheque.
Paying by Credit Card
For your convenience you can pay online using a credit card. Eventbrite offers secure online payment by credit card, and is registered with both MasterCard and Visa as a PCI DSS Validated Service Provider. All credit card information is encrypted using strong industry-standard cryptographic protocols. While no credit card payment method, online or off, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, VAST has researched Eventbrite’s security procedures and we are confident that they follow state-of-the-art industry best practice.
Paying by Cheque
You can pay offline by cheque. However, all bookings must be made online through Eventbrite. Cheques must be hand-delivered to the VAST facilitator on the day of the event or training in order to secure your place. Cancellations Policy
If you have booked in for a course and are no longer able to attend you have the option of transferring the booking, substituting your booking with a colleague, or you can cancel the booking provided it is within 5 working days of the course.
