Two vacancies have opened in our Aged Services team.

Aged Services Manager

This 12-month contract position will enable you to bring your strategic skills to the fore, innovate in service design, and keep a watching brief on day-to-day operations, supported by a group of skilled team leaders. Core to moving forward with our service is a renewed focus on the client experience and you will work with a progressive management team to embed this ethos in the services.

You have substantial experience at a medium to senior level in aged care services and a strong knowledge of the community care sector.  You are across the current reforms including consumer-directed care.  Your leadership style will enable you to collaborate with and support your team as it navigates the changes in how we deliver our services.

Aged Services Coordinator 

This is a locum position (13 months), offering an exciting opportunity to combine leadership of an aged services team and development of innovative services and community initiatives.

This full-time parental leave position is based at Glebe and will see you overseeing the day to day operations of social support services, ensuring that all programs, services and activities are planned, developed, implemented and supported to be accessible to identified client groups, and use wellness and reablement approaches. It will also plan and implement new initiatives to utilise the community spaces.
