VAST Aged Care & Disability Training Calendar
The VAST Training Program delivers an innovative bi-annual Training Calendar. It contains up-to-date industry specific training for staff, volunteers, managers and Board Members of CHSP and Disability funded services.
The VAST Aged Care & Disability Training Calendar includes short face-to-face training courses for volunteers, staff and managers, along with forums and workshops specifically designed for CHSP managers.
We also offer the following flexible in-house training options:
- Tailored for Tomorrow– A trainer of your choice (or recommended by VAST) will deliver a training session specifically designed to meet your organisational needs at a time and venue of your choosing. We are offering 12 reimbursable* packages from February to June. (*Conditions apply).
- Customised Training – VAST will organise your in-house training to meet your specific requirements, including trainer, venue bookings (as needed), certificates and collated feedback report.
Volunteers of CHSP and Disability funded services can attend VAST training for FREE (excluding Provide First Aid and Provide CPR ).

ELIGIBILITY
We prioritise learning and development opportunities, volunteer recruitment and referrals to Commonwealth Home Support Programme and disability funded services in the following five local government areas: Randwick, Waverley, Woollahra, Botany and the City of Sydney.
