We provide friendly phone service to service users who are frail aged and/or have a disability.

Our staff will phone you for a social and friendly chat.

We understand that it can be difficult at times to get out and about. To support you to stay connected with your community we can call you on a regular basis. Friendly phone calls are an easy way to stay in touch with our service.

Our Friendly Phone Calls are a time for you to have social and friendly chat. You are encouraged to speak freely. We ensure a confidential sharing time and show a genuine interest in how you are.
